In this one-day in-salon course, Queen Salon Director John Maher explores and identifies the strengths of the team in their own familiar surroundings. Through group exercises and practical workshops, John will advise on the team's ability to work together and present their ideas as individuals or as a group, which will reap rewards in retail and productivity. Ongoing support is provided for three months - through phone and email - with additional follow-up training in the salon.
The course facilitates the ability to share creative ideas with each other in the salon, effectively building staff morale and customer loyalty.
