QUEEN Salons came up with the exciting concept for this shoot, to celebrate real women and real beauty. The idea has been borne by their belief that real beauty is both ageless and timeless. They witness daily, working with their clients, that neither age nor body shape dictate what is commonly perceived as style. To them their clients are their icons, and every single one has their own personal image. You don’t have to be a model or have the perfect facial dimensions to project individual and exceptional style and beauty.
QUEEN also wanted to showcase the fabulous Irish designers, whose styles are so unique – and available to us all. The ‘models’ here demonstrate perfectly how we can all make these designs work for us.
All the beautiful ladies featured are clients of QUEEN, chosen across the age spectrum. Each have their own great personalities and have diverse lifestyles. QUEEN’s assertion, and something we should all remember, is that real beauty has nothing to do with how you look or how old you are, and that every single one of us has the ability to shine and be our very own style icon.
